Bilingual (Spanish/English) Lead Preschool Teacher/Provider

Job Description:

Education Explorers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Lead Preschool Teacher/Provider to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead culturally responsive, bilingual preschool programs for young learners. You will be responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum in both Spanish and English while fostering an inclusive learning environment that supports children’s growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Must pass a background check.

  • Must be able to hold a childcare license in your name.

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

  • Step 8 or higher in the Oregon Registry Online (ORO) system.

  • Proficient computer skills in using digital tools such as the Kaymbu platform for parent-teacher communication, curriculum planning, and documentation.

  • A passion for early childhood education and commitment to creating a supportive, culturally enriching environment.
