Infant Toddler Lead Teacher

Pay: $23 - $25 per hour

Job Description:

Education Explorers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead culturally responsive, programs for young learners. You will be responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum while fostering an inclusive learning environment that supports children’s growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Must pass a background check.

  • Must be able to hold a childcare license in your name.

  • Fluent in both English and African American Vernacular English (AAVE), Yoruba, Ibgo, Housa, Swahili or any African native language preferred.

  • Step 8 or higher in the Oregon Registry Online (ORO) system.

  • Proficient computer skills in using digital tools such as the Kaymbu platform for parent-teacher communication, curriculum planning, and documentation.

  • A passion for early childhood education and commitment to creating a supportive, culturally enriching environment.
